The range
A channel letter 3D printer prints the body of a built-up letter, returns and face, straight from a CorelDRAW or DXF file, with no 3D modelling. The range is three models, each with a Pro version.

The flagship
Four colours in one print, the deepest returns in the range and the big bed, with UV curing and the filament dried on the machine, on a closed cabinet.

Square bed
1200 mm
1.44 square metres of bed: more of a set in one run, or one big letter. Also made with an 800 × 800 mm bed.
Returns
130 mm
Letter bodies up to 130 mm deep, for deep face-lit and halo letters. Bigger than the bed? Print it in sections and join them.
Colours
4 in one print
Four extruder heads feed one nozzle (4-in-1-out), so one letter can come off the bed in up to four colours.
Rated speed
40–300 mm/s
It can run overnight, unattended. If the power drops it carries on where it left off, and it stops if the filament breaks.
Made on these machines
Real letters from SG printers, on the bed as they were printed and finished with their LEDs. Printed face-down, so they read backwards on the bed.

Need letters for your shop rather than a machine? Sign Group makes and fits them.
How it works
If you can draw it, you can print it. No 3D modelling: the software turns your outline into a letter in one click.
Your artwork in CorelDRAW, or a DXF from Illustrator. The same file you'd send to a fabricator.
INC slices it in one click and shows a 3D view first. It can run overnight, unattended.
Fit the face and the LEDs: printed in the same run, or sheet acrylic or an infinity mirror fitted after the print.
Mount it like any built-up letter. Bigger than the bed? It's printed in sections and joined.

FAQ
Ask us for a price: it depends on the machine and the bed size (800 × 800 or 1200 × 1200 mm). Tell us what you print and we'll come back within 1 working day.
A face-lit built-up letter bought from a UK trade fabricator costs about £57 at 300 mm, £97 at 500 mm and £117 at 600 mm + VAT, and takes 7–10 working days (typical UK trade prices for fabricated letters, five-letter job, checked 25 September 2026). Printed in your own workshop there is no minimum order, and the machine can print overnight, unattended. Bring a job you're quoting to a demo and we'll work through the cost with your numbers.
No. If you can draw it in CorelDRAW, you can print it: CDR or DXF in, one click in the INC software, no 3D modelling. On-site training is included*.
Yes. It can run overnight, unattended. If the power drops it carries on where it left off, and it detects a broken filament and stops.
The beds are 800 × 800 mm or 1200 × 1200 mm. The ULTRA and PRO ULTRA print returns up to 100 mm deep, the L1S and L2S models up to 130 mm. Bigger letters and logos are printed in sections and joined.
HFPC, the letter filament for the range, is a modified polycarbonate and PETG blend rated from −40 °C to 65 °C and resistant to UV and oxidation.

In the UK the letter body itself needs no certification. Use SELV (12 or 24 V) LED modules with a UKCA or CE-marked driver, have it wired to BS 7671 by a competent electrician, build and fix to BS 559-1:2023, and check advertisement consent: Class 4B deemed consent covers many lit shop signs, but not in conservation areas. This is a summary, not legal advice.
